Come and celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special partner Stretch & Massage Class. Learn to cultivate more love for yourself and your loved ones with the power in your heart and hands in this 60 minute class.
You will be guided through easy self and partner massage techniques, breathing and stretches to help you relax. A fun experience for partners of all sorts — come with a friend, significant other, or family member.
Class will be taught by Courtney McCarthy, our in house ACE Certified fitness instructor. $30 for members, $45+tax for non-members. Price includes admission for 2 adults.
