- Calm Bodies – Gentle stretching, strength, and meditation for stress relief and balance.
- Strength Circuit – Circuit training blending strength and cardio for total-body fitness.
- Strong Step – Cardio step choreography plus strength moves for a fun workout.
- Dance it Out – High-energy dance workout with global music, no experience required.
- Kickboxing – A high-energy, total-body workout for all levels!
PRICING:
- All classes are a $15 drop in.
- 10 Class pass available for $130

KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is an amazing cardio and strength total body workout! Using gloves and partner work, we punch and kick our way to better health.
A 60 minute class and suitable for all fitness levels (no kickboxing experienced required). Handwraps are required for the class. Participants can bring their own or purchase some at our front desk. Gloves and pads are provided, but participants are also welcome to bring their own.
