Classes:
- Calm Bodies – Gentle stretching, strength, and meditation for stress relief and balance.
- Strength Circuit – Circuit training blending strength and cardio for total-body fitness.
- Strong Step – Cardio step choreography plus strength moves for a fun workout.
- Dance it Out – High-energy dance workout with global music, no experience required.

- All classes are a $15 drop in.
- 10 Class pass available for $130

Calm Bodies
A relaxing 45 minute class focused on gentle stretching, strengthening, meditation and breath work. Perfect for those looking for stress-relief, increased mobility and flexibility, or more balance in their life.
Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat or use one of the ones provided in the class studio. Other equipment that is also used: foam rollers, stability balls, tennis balls, and yoga blocks (will vary by class).
All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications and options will be shown for different abilities.
Strength Circuit
A 45 minute class that combines strength and cardio training! This class will be a little bit different every week, using a variety of equipment in the gym including our weight machines, dumbbells, resistance bands, and more!
The class will be circuit style, meaning that either participants will rotate through various equipment or exercises in intervals. All fitness levels are welcome as options and modifications will be provided for different abilities.
The perfect class for those looking to build muscle, improve endurance and increase strength!
Strong Step
A 45 minute cardio and strength workout featuring the aerobic step! Participants will guided through a warm up, followed by 20-25 minutes of step choreography to work up a sweat, and 20-25 minutes of strength training, finishing with a cool-down.
If you loved step of the 80’s, this workout is for you! A modern twist on an old classic. Move to the beat and enjoy the music while you workout. All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications and options are provided for different abilities.
Dance It Out
Enjoy 45 minutes of high energy dance fitness! Featuring music from across the globe and many decades, this class will get your heart rate up.
All fitness levels are welcome. No dance experience required. The goal is just to move your body and have fun!
